Mirabaud Group appoints a new Head of Risk & Compliance. The new member of the Executive Committee joins from Lombard Odier.

Geneva-based private bank Mirabaud appoints Patrick Hauri as its new global head of risk & compliance, effective immediately. He reports directly to Camille Vial, the group's managing partner and CEO of Mirabaud & Cie, according to a statement Wednesday.

Hauri will be based in Geneva and will be responsible for leading risk & compliance activities and teams. Across ten jurisdictions, he will support the three business areas of wealth management, asset management, and corporate finance.

Lombard Odier Career

Hauri has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He worked for the Lombard Odier Group for 15 years, most recently as group chief risk officer and before that as head of strategic projects. He also worked for one of the Big Four consulting firms and for a company he co-founded.

«Patrick’s strategic and managerial experience, as well as his extensive knowledge of the financial industry, are additional assets for our executive committee,» Vial said in welcoming Hauri.
