Reyl Intesa Sanpaolo appoints a new COO and has a new head of asset services.
Geneva-based Reyl Intesa Sanpaolo names Frédéric Le Hellard, currently head of IT, as chief operating officer (CIO) to lead a new strengthened IT & Operations department. Tatiana Carruzzo was appointed head of asset services.
Since taking office in 2019, Le Hellard was responsible for the digital transformation and improvement of the bank's IT processes during a time marked by strong growth and the challenges and opportunities presented by the merger with Fideuram-Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking and the acquisition of banking subsidiary ISPBM Morval Suisse.
As head of asset services, Carruzzo will focus on services for institutional clients of investment funds in custody, administration, legal representation, and paying agent services. She joined the firm in 2016 as an operations manager in the asset services division.
