According to a statement released on Tuesday, Uwe Krakau has more than 25 years of international leadership and transformation experience in the financial sector. He is regarded as an expert in the development of business and operating models for banks. Before joining Tellco Bank, he was a member of the Executive Board of Raiffeisen Switzerland. In October 2024, it was announced that he would leave the cooperative bank as part of a restructuring process.

Important for the Bank’s Further Development

At Raiffeisen, Krakau served as Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, enhancing operational processes, and overseeing group-wide transformation programmes. He joined Raiffeisen in 2022 after spending nearly two decades in various leadership positions at Avaloq.
