MV Invest Receives Finma Licence and Expands Real Estate Business

A new chapter is beginning for MV Invest AG: the Zurich-based company has received authorisation from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (Finma) to operate as a manager of collective assets.

Effective 1 September 2026, MV Invest has subsequently taken over the full management of the MV Immoxtra Switzerland Fund, the company announced on Thursday.

MV Invest was founded in 2008 by CEO Roland Vögele and specialises in indirect Swiss real estate investments for institutional and qualified investors. The company manages assets of around 900 million Swiss francs in total.

New fund for Swiss real estate

Alongside the Finma authorisation, MV Invest is launching MV Immoterra – Real Estate Switzerland Selection, a new strategy for indirect Swiss real estate investments aimed at qualified investors.

The fund actively invests in a selection of listed and unlisted Swiss real estate funds as well as real estate equities. According to MV Invest, the strategy focuses on diversification, risk control and sustainability. The launch is supported by Banque Bonhôte & Cie and Bordier & Cie.

«The Finma authorisation marks the beginning of a new chapter for MV Invest. The licence enables us to pursue further growth,» Vögele told finews. The company aims to combine its experience in the Swiss real estate market with an expanded regulatory platform and new investment solutions.
