Admicasa Appoints New CFO
Admicasa Holding has appointed Cyril Notz as the group’s new chief financial officer (CFO) as of 15 October. He succeeds Orlando Pavano, who has held the role over the past two years in addition to his other duties, according to a statement released on Friday.
Notz brings many years of management experience in finance and audit at internationally active industrial, services and trading companies, the statement said. His previous roles include head of internal audit at SWISS and the Migros Group, as well as CFO of WSP Suisse. He is a certified public accountant and holds a diploma in business administration from a university of applied sciences.
“With Cyril Notz, we have brought on board a proven specialist for this responsible position,” says Admicasa CEO Michel Kade. Notz will play a key role in the group’s further development.
With the appointment, Admicasa is strengthening its management structure during a phase of strategic development and expansion, the company writes. In early 2026, the group acquired the fiduciary company kade & partner, followed in September by the acquisition of the property developer Lebensraum Schweiz.
Further Strategic Steps Planned
As its next strategic step, Admicasa plans to implement a partnership between Admicasa Fondsleitung and RAM Swiss Holding. The aim is to significantly expand assets under management (AuM). RAM Swiss is the European asset-management arm of the investment group Record, listed on the London Stock Exchange, which manages $115 billion in assets worldwide for institutional clients.
Orlando Pavano will remain with the company and will continue to be responsible for human resources, transition and projects, as well as IT. Kade praised Pavano’s contribution to building the company and stressed that his experience and expertise would continue to benefit the group.
