Richard Bradley and Damien Repond are joining Grant Thornton. Bradley will take over the development of the consulting business in Zurich at the beginning of November, while Repond will lead the Audit Financial Services division in Geneva from the same date, according to a statement released on Tuesday.

According to the company, Bradley has around 20 years of experience in management consulting and has a network in Switzerland and other European countries.

Leading major transformation projects

He has led major digital transformation projects in various industries and gained experience in building consulting capabilities in Switzerland and Austria. At Grant Thornton, he will build and further develop the consulting business. The company aims to combine local client service with the resources of the Grant Thornton Advisors platform and its international network.

Before that, Bradley worked at Kyndyl, Pilot Office Management in the UK, and was CEO of his own company. He also spent ten years at Deloitte in Zurich, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Strengthening two growth areas

Repond brings many years of experience in banking as well as audit and consulting firms. He joins from BDO in Geneva, where he worked for ten years. At Grant Thornton, he will take over leadership of the existing Audit Financial Services team and help drive the expansion of capabilities in the financial services sector in western Switzerland.
