An exodus of high-ranking bankers at Notenstein La Roche continues. The Swiss private bank's head of portfolio management is the latest to leave.

Roger GanzRoger Ganz (pictured) has spent more than 25 years in Swiss private banking, including for private bank Wegelin in St. Gallen, and later its successor Notenstein La Roche, where we ran portfolio management.

Ganz has moved to Zurich-based Clarus Capital Group, according to a statement. There, he will run the finance firm's asset management activities, a role that hasn't existed at the six-year-old firm until now.

Clarus Co-Founder Exits

For Notenstein La Roche, Ganz's exit is a blow. Last month, the private bank lost a client team in St. Gallen to wealth manager Altor. Advisory boss Fabian Dori left the bank in May, shortly after finance chief Basil Heeb also departed.

At Clarus Capital, co-founder Johan Zueger left the firm in May – an unconventional departure for a relatively young firm.
