A UBS veteran who recently moved to Geneva private bank Lombard Odier is wasting no time in hiring former colleagues. 

Samira Sadik Dadi (pictured below) has been named head of third-party distribution for Lombard Odier Investment Managers in French-speaking Switzerland, the Geneva-based firm said on Monday.

She will report to Martin Thommen, who moves to Lombard's investment arm at the beginning of next month as head of third-party distribution throughout Europe, has finews.com previously reported.

Sadik Dadi was most recently head of key accounts and distribution for French-speaking Switzerland as well as the Benelux states for Oyster Funds, which is owned by Syz Bank in Geneva.

She has more than 10 years experience in funds distribution and previously held roles in marketing as well as working for the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

«Switzerland is our home market. We've streamlined our distribution activities in the last 12 months in order to give our clients a customized and solution-based service,» Carolina Minio-Paluello, global head of distribution and solutions for Lombard Odier's fund arm said.
