A fund expert with 25 years of experience has been appointed Swiss country head of Degroof Petercam, a Belgian asset manager. She will lead the office based in Geneva.

Kaiserboeing 160Ulrike Kaiser-Boeing (pictured left) has been put in charge of the Geneva branch of Degroof Petercam Asset Management. She replaced Frédéric Guibaud at the beginning of the year, according to a statement released by the Belgian fund manager.

Guibaud had been country chief since 2012 and left the company at the end of last year. He is now working as an analyst in private wealth, according to his profile on LinkedIn.

A Former Lombard Odier Banker

Kaiser-Boeing has held various executive positions in a career that spans quarter of century. Before joining the Belgian asset manager, Kaiser-Boeing was in charge of customer relations at Carnegie Fund Services. Previously, she worked for Banque Syz, Dexia Asset Management and Lombard Odier.

The new country head will work closely with Mélanie Schaus and report to Tomás Murillo, head of international sales and member of the executive. Degroof Petercam has 34 billion euros ($39 billion) in assets under management.
