A Zurich-based fintech that develops wealth management software, has agreed deals with new clients in the French- and Italian-speaking banking hubs of Switzerland.

Wealth Arc, founded four years ago, signed an agreement with Geneva-based RJ Management, a finance company with 2 billion Swiss francs ($2 billion) in assets under management, according to a statement. The deal follows a similar agreement concluded recently with Amgest, company based in Lugano.

The services provided by Wealth Arc allow asset managers to conduct portfolio management and compliance task via an interface to the chosen custodian bank. The product doesn’t require an extensive installation of software at the client, Wealth Arc said. Wealth Arc’s rivals in Switzerland include Assetmax, Evolute and Expersoft.

One of the founders of Wealth Arc is Krzysztof Gogòl, an ex-Vontobel banker. He aims to sell a broad range of wealth management services to independent asset managers using its digital platform.
