Bergos is expanding its board of directors with a consulting heavyweight.

The Zurich-based wealth manager is appointing Bruno Chiomento to its board of directors effective immediately, according to an emailed statement on Monday. Chiomento will chair the independent Swiss private bank’s audit and risk committee.

Most recently, Chiomento was CEO and chairman of EY in Switzerland until retiring in June. Bank Bergos, which specializes in asset management, was founded in 2018 and became a fully independent Swiss private bank in 2020.
