Yokoy continues its European expansion with a new headquarters in Amsterdam.

Yokoy is continuing its European expansion with a move into the Netherlands, adding to its previously opened offices in Munich and Vienna, the company said in a statement Wednesday.

The branch will be located in Amsterdam's city center, and will serve as its European headquarters. This will allow the Zurich-based startup to offer its automated expense management solutions to an increasing number of companies Europe-wide.

Expense Automation

The startup uses artificial intelligence (AI) to digitize and automate corporate expense and corporate credit card processes. Launched in 2019 under the name Expense Robot, the fintech raised around $26 million in fresh capital last October and acquired rival Flow Expense in the same month.

Yokoy co-founder and Chief Customer Officer Lars Mangelsdorf is a dual Swiss-Dutch citizen.
