The consultancy top banking executives go to for career coaching is appointing a new partner with a background in promoting women.
Consulting firm Mindyourstep is appointing Daniela Haze Stoeckli as partner, effective immediately, it said in an emailed statement.
Stoeckli joined Mindyourstep from the Swiss Insurance Association where she was head of the department for education and employer policy. In this capacity, Stoeckli established a women's network for the insurance industry in Switzerland.
Founded in 2017 Mindyourstep, has offices in Zurich, Klosters and Ennetbuergen, where it serves as a sparring partner to top executives and CEOs along their career paths.
By the same token, it guides companies through their transformation processes, on topics including talent management and succession planning.
