Migros Bank strategist and innovation manager to join Zuger Kantonalbank to head a newly created department.
Jan Damrau will be joining the Zuger Kantonalbank to head the newly created corporate steering department, the bank said in a statement on Tuesday (in German).
As head of the department, Damrau also becomes a member of the executive committee and will have a wide portfolio of responsibilities. These include corporate development and projects, human resources and training, communications, legal and compliance as the bank’s competence centers.
Damrau, currently the head of strategy management and innovation at Migros Bank, will be joining the cantonal bank effective July 1.
Previous roles include head of corporate organization at Basler Kantonalbank/Bank Cler, and various management positions at Credit Suisse from 2006 to 2016. He has also chaired the board of directors of CSL Immobilien since 2021.
