He has been in the pay of UBS for more than three decades years. In the course of the redistribution of many management functions in Switzerland, he's now taking over responsibility for a luxurious Credit Suisse location.
Andreas Reber (pictured below) is taking over as head of Credit Suisse's St. Moritz location with immediate effect, research by finews.com shows. A spokesman for UBS, to which CS now belongs, confirmed this information. Stephan Uebersax previously held this position. He has left the bank.
Reber already brings 30 years of experience from various functions and regions of UBS. He had served as regional head of Wealth Management Bern for eight years until spring 2023. After that, he supported the integration of CS into UBS in Wealth Management.

He also served as a regional market manager based in Hong Kong and Singapore for various markets in the Asia-Pacific region and therefore also has many years of international experience. Before moving to Asia, Reber had been Group Controller for UBS Global Wealth Management.
He lives with his family in Graubuenden and is familiar with the region.
