Temenos Appoints New Leadership Team for Product Development
The banking software provider has reorganised its product development division, according to a statement released on Wednesday.
It has appointed a new leadership team «to drive the next phase of its product and technology roadmap, further develop its AI-powered technology capabilities, and accelerate innovation.» The changes will take effect on 3 August.
Coleman Returns as CTO
Cormac Flanagan has been appointed Chief Product Officer (CPO). According to the company, he brings more than 30 years of experience in core banking across product management, services, and sales, having previously held senior product leadership roles at both Temenos and Finastra.
Tony Coleman is returning to Temenos as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He has more than 20 years of experience with the company, where he previously served as CTO until mid-2025.
The leadership team also includes Sriraman Ganesan, Global Head of Product Engineering, who will continue to lead the company's global engineering teams. He has been with Temenos for more than 25 years and has held a variety of senior roles.
New CPO, New CTO, New CFO
Current CTO and CPO Barb Morgan will be leaving the company, having decided to step down.

As previously announced in April, Daniel Schmucki will also join Temenos in August as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He previously served for many years as CFO of SIX, which had already announced his departure in January.
