Temenos Completes Acquisition of Swiss Wealthtech Firm

Temenos has finalized the acquisition of Swiss fintech company additiv, completing a transaction first announced in early June, the banking technology provider said on Friday.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founder Team Stays in Place

The founder-led management team will continue to operate additiv as a stand-alone business following the closing.

Based in Switzerland, additiv develops wealth technology that enables banks and wealth managers to design, launch and manage digital investment propositions across the entire client journey. Its platform helps financial institutions shorten time-to-market, improve advisor productivity and deliver more consistent client experiences across multiple channels.

Strengthening AI and Wealth Capabilities

According to Temenos, additiv’s AI-powered orchestration technology enhances its digital experience layer by connecting customer interactions, business processes, data and applications more intelligently across the banking lifecycle.

Over time, the combined platform is expected to support increasingly complex workflows, including client onboarding, product origination and other high-value banking processes.

The acquisition forms part of Temenos’ broader strategy to strengthen its wealth management franchise while expanding AI-enabled experience and orchestration capabilities. The company said the deal will further enhance the value of its core banking platform and broaden its offering for financial institutions.
