The private markets company in Zug is nominating a new board director at its next annual general meeting. 

Partners Group is nominating Gaëlle Olivier to its board of directors at its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM), it said in a statement Thursday. Olivier will be replacing Joseph Landy.

Olivier recently worked at Société Generale, where she took charge of the bank's entire Asian business. Later she ascended to vice president and chief operating officer of the banking group. Prior to her joining the French bank, Olivier spent  20 years at Axa, specializing in derivates, banking and in insurance.

Hong Kong Connection 

In a separate capacity she headed the French Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong from 2021. At Partners Group, Olivier is expected to take care of strategy and have a particular focus on clients and operations.

After the AGM on May 24, the board of directors will likely be composed as follows.
