There is a change in the position of Head of Human Resources at the Cantonal Bank of Geneva. The newcomer already has a long banking career.

The Cantonal Bank of Geneva (BCGE) has appointed Christelle Didier as its new head of human resources, replacing the retiring Elisabeth Ray Tang, the cantonal bank announced Wednesday.

Didier has been with BCGE for about 15 years, having previously worked for Raiffeisen and Credit Agricole. Over the course of her career, she served as a customer advisor and branch manager, before promotion to the general management of the Geneva division in 2018, which she headed for two years.

BCGE had a total of 874 employees as of Dec. 31, 2022, and it has 31 locations in Switzerland, France, Dubai and Hong Kong.
