The Asset Management Association Switzerland adds real estate manager Swiss Prime Site Solutions as a member.
The newest member of the Asset Management Association Switzerland (Amas) is a subsidiary of the real estate company Swiss Prime Site (SPS), with the company wanting to play an active role in shaping the Swiss asset management industry, it said in a statement Wednesday.
Amas membership now includes one of the largest providers of investment solutions and services to the real estate industry.
Fund Management Company
Swiss Prime Site Solutions, founded in 2017, launched its first investment fund after receiving Finma approval as a fund management company. In 2022, the company acquired and integrated the Zug-based real estate manager Akara, which helped boost its assets under management to around 8 billion Swiss francs ($9 billion).
The company is active in investment advisory services for third-party clients, including collective investment products for Swiss pension funds, and manages their real estate portfolios. The number of employees is said to be more than 80.
