Nuclear energy has been an investment theme for some time now. With this in mind, finews.com and Arnova Capital have teamed up to invite you to a special event on the Renaissance of Nuclear Energy and its impact on investors due to the strong performance of uranium-related financial products.

Due to the renaissance of this energy source and the related implications for investors finews.com and Arnova Capital are honored to invite you to a Special Event on Thursday, 11 January 2024, at 5 p.m., at the Zunfthaus zur Saffran in Zurich.

Originally the event was planned for 18 October 2023, but was postponed due to a last-minute scheduling issue for a key panelist. We received a very high level of interest originally and the January event will likely receive even more due to the recent very strong performance of uranium-related investments worldwide.

We are very pleased that we will have the following panelists at our event:

  • Grant Isaac, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Cameco
  • Alain Quéré, Head of Nuclear Risk of Swiss Re
  • Pendo S. Löfgren, Chief Investment Officer and co-founder of Arnova Capital
  • Claude Baumann, Founder of the Finews Group

Among many other points we will address the following points in the panel and subsequent discussion:

  • Which investment vehicles are available and how do they compare?
  • What is the risk/reward of investing in uranium itself compared to investing in companies servicing the sector, e.g. miners?
  • As investors, how can we use the special characteristics of this sector to our advantage?
  • Where does the uranium price go in different scenarios, and what could that mean for Cameco and other companies in the sector?

You will have the possibility for questions at the event. We look forward to your participation. An aperitif will be served before the panel as well as drinks and apéro riche will be offered afterward, where the panelists will remain available for further discussions in a friendly and professional atmosphere.

  • Please note that the number of attendees is limited, and attendance requires prior registration: Please RSVP This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
