A former banker with UBS and Credit Suisse is launching an executive search firm. She is one of several ex-bankers to target hiring in the financial services industry.

Swiss banker Camila Kaiser is launching Prime Executive Search, a headhunting firm for executives and specialists in banking, consulting, and law, the firm said in a statement. Kaiser and her partners are leaning heavily on their network: she previously worked for UBS in Singapore, and for Credit Suisse, most recently in strategic marketing.

One of Kaiser's most recent projects was launching a digital piggy bank, Digipigi, three years ago. She is a graduate of St. Gallen's prestigious business university, and also advises law firm Badertscher Attorneys on family office clients.

Kaiser is one of a crop of bankers to turn to the headhunting industry and take on larger firms: ex-Schulthess.Zimmermann partner Sabine Morant went on her own last year, and ex-Credit Suisse banker Christian Haas launched his own firm in 2017.
