ISP Group, a Swiss wealth manager, has added a derivatives specialist to its structured products unit. The former UBS banker most recently worked for Privatam.
André Schlegel joins the team of experts on structured products at ISP Group. The team had originally formed part of Bank Vontobel.
The new hire is part of a growth drive by the company, aiming to expand its advisory of institutional investors in respect to investment solutions and hedging strategies. It is also planning to launch a new set of products by year end and hopes to add further staff to its team.
Schlegel has seven years of experience as an associate director on the equity and commodity derivative sales team of UBS and was recently responsible for the establishment of a Swiss branch of Monaco-based finance boutique Privatam.
