Asset manager Partners Group is investing in a new headquarters in Baar in Central Switzerland, which will be a three-building campus.

Asset manager Partners Group is to move its headquarters to a new campus from its current location in Baar in 2024, Swiss financial news website «Handelszeitung» (in German) reports.

The «PG Campus» will consist of three buildings connected by walkways. While the «Entry Factory» and «Big Factory» buildings are designed like traditional factory buildings with brick facades, the «Greenbuilding» will be a seven-storey, green, terraced building.

Organic Curves

The campus will have no rough edges being described in the development plan as «organically curved».

The project is based on Partners Group’s main U.S. office in Denver.

The buildings will encompass a total of 21,000 square meters. Cantines, daycare centers and leisure facilities are also planned.

To Cost 25o Million Francs

There will also be a 225-space underground car park, and a new bus route will provide public transport connections.

The campus will cost an estimated at 250 million francs ($276 million), blog «Inside Paradeplatz» (in German) reported.
