The impact investor fintech is hiring a marketing chief, following its plan to expand into other European markets.

The Zurich-based start-up is naming Angela Altvater as chief marketing officer and part of its top management. The 36-year-old was most recently a senior director at Open Table, an online hospitality booking system.

Her hire comes shortly after Inyova rebranded and vowed to attack more European markets, including Germany. This follows a $12 million funding round in May in which investors such as Carole Ackermann, CEO of Diamondscull, and Christoph Sutter, founder of Southpole and myclimate, put money up.

The hire of Altvater brings Inyova's top management to four people: CEO Tillmann Lang, product chiefErik Gloerfeld, and investment chief Cristian von Angerer. The four-year-old fintech said it is seeking at least six more employees, including marketing professionals.
