Julius Baer's managing director and team head for international private banking clients has relocated from Singapore to Switzerland in a new role.

Alberto Maria Martinelli, team head private banking international (PBI), has relocated to from Singapore to Lugano, Switzerland, to take on a new role, according to a statement.

In his new role, Martinelli will be focused on leading a new team for business acquisition and business development of the international clientele.

Singapore Successor

Mattia Garrati, Julius Baer’s deputy head of PBI since 2020, will expand his role and succeed Martinelli while continuing to report to group head of PBI Marco Diana.
