Fisch Asset Management bolsters its sales force in German-speaking Switzerland by hiring a senior sales and relationship manager from Credit Suisse.
Fisch Asset Management has brought Elemer Schneider on board as Senior Sales & Relationship Manager for its sales team for German-speaking Switzerland, focusing on servicing and acquiring wholesale and institutional clients, the asset manager said Wednesday.
Schneider, who previously served as head of sales for Switzerland and Liechtenstein at Credit Suisse Asset Management, joined Fisch at the beginning of March. Before that, he was with UBS Wealth Management from 2014 to 2017, according to his Linkedin profile.
«The expansion of the sales team is essential for the further growth course in Switzerland,» says Hanspeter Diem, the head of Sales & Relationship Management.
According to its website, Zurich-based Fisch Asset Management is the largest independent Swiss asset manager for convertible bonds and multi-asset solutions. It was founded in 1994 by two brothers Kurt and Pius Fisch with just over 22 million Swiss francs of assets under management. By 2020, it had just under 12 billion francs under management and 91 employees.
