The Swiss insurer is losing its human resources chief, who had spearheaded much of its digital-based efforts.

Bern-based Mobiliar top executive Nathalie Bourquenoud is leaving, effective immediately, for personal reasons, the Swiss insurer said in a statement. She had been the head of its human resources and part of top management since 2014.

Much of Mobiliar‘s top ranking position in best places-to-work surveys comes down to Bourquenoud's tenure at the cooperatively-run insurer. She was also instrumental in leading the insurers digital and flexible working efforts.

Earlier this week, Mobiliar pooled its digital marketplaces with those of Swiss publishing houses Ringier and TX. The collective said it will seek a public listing for the new entity. At Mobiliar, Bourquenoud will be replaced temporarily by Claudia Giorgetti, the company said.
