Migros Bank is working on its distribution channels and has appointed a specialist for the task who used to be in charge of the platform solutions of Zurich-based private bank Vontobel.

Eric Wasescha was put in charge of Migros Bank's direct distribution channels starting December 1, according to a statement by the company on Wednesday (in German).

His main task will be to improve the customer experience of Migros Bank's distribution channels. What's more, Wasescha will also put his focus on strengthening the sales side of the bank.

Management-Buyout

Wasescha was the man behind the platform solution of Vontobel investment bank. An economist by training and graduate of the General Management Program of Harvard Business School, Wasescha in 2006 initiated the Swiss association for structured products and remained a part-time CEO of this industry group until 2011.
