Banque Syz hired back the trading chief of digital player Flowbank, who had left for the start-up last year.

The Geneva-based wealth and asset manager is hiring Valérie Noël as its head of trading, effective immediately, according to her LinkedIn profile. She replaces Vincent Cervan, who is leaving Syz to pursue other opportunities, according to «Citywire», which first reported the moves.

For Noël, the move marks a homecoming after a ten-month stint at Flowbank as head of markets. She had left her job as Syz’s deputy trading head for the Swiss start-up last July.

Flowbank, founded by online banking pioneer Charles-Henri Sabet, last year won the regulatory nod as a bank in August. The year-old firm replaced Noël with Adrien Cohen in January, according to LinkedIn.
