Pictet Family Member Gets Top HR Job in Asia
After Boris Collardi's departure, private bank Pictet is working on a long term succession plan. Now, a member of the banking dynasty, Grégoire Pictet, has been given a newly created top position at the private bank.
Grégoire Pictet has been appointed Head of Human Resources Asia (without Japan), from November 15, according to a memo seen by finews.com and confirmed by Pictet.
In this newly created position, Grégoire will oversee the bank’s significant hiring efforts in the region while reporting directly to Geneva-based Global Head of Human Resources Christèle Hiss Holliger.
Family Connections
Grégoire Pictet is a member of the familly which lends its name to to the 226 year-old, Geneva-based bank. His relatives Marc and Françoise Pictet are already among the bank’s leading partners.
The move to Hong Kong follows Grégoire's previous stints at the bank’s Bahamas and Geneva offices.
