Gentwo's co-founder is back in the driver's seat as its CEO of just five months exits.

The co-founder of  Gentwo, Philippe Naegeli, is replacing Joerg Bode in the daily running of the fintech, effective immediately, according to a statement on Tuesday. Bode, a derivatives specialist who worked at Leonteq and Credit Suisse previously, wasn't mentioned in the statement.

Gentwo didn't elaborate on the reason for replacing Bode, who joined as Gentwo's CEO in April, allowing Naegeli to focus on his role as chief vision officer. Naegeli founded the securitization start-up over three years ago together with Patrick Loepfe, its chairman.
