Crossinvest Zurich is taking over the employees and clients of KTS Capital Management, an announcement released by the company on Monday indicates. Specific details related to the transaction will not be disclosed.

As part of the deal, Filippo Pedotti will join Crossinvest from KTS, succeeding Claudio Pedrett as CEO.

Ticino Roots

The Zurich office of Crossinvest in Zurich was opened in 2020. The offices have enough capacity for further growth, the announcement indicated.

The group originally has roots in Ticino, the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland, and it manages over 3 billion francs in client assets, which makes it one of the country's largest independent asset managers. The group employs 70 staff members in Lugano, Locarno, and Zurich.
