The French-based global asset management company is making a new hire and two promotions to strengthen its presence in Zurich.

Natixis Investment Managers is hiring Arieh Levy as a sales director to cover banks, external asset managers and fund of funds managers, it said in an emailed statement Tuesday.

Levy joins from Vanguard, where he was a sales executive. Previously, Levy worked as a client relationship associate at UBS asset management.

Natixis is also promoting Robert Pavic-Urbas to head wholesale clients and Cyril Berchtold to head institutional clients.

Pavic-Urbas will report to Timo H. Paul,  head of german-speaking Switzerland while Cyril Berchtold will continue to report to Sebastian Roemer, head of Central and Eastern Europe, the statement said.
