Deutsche Bank Wealth Management deepens its U.K. footprint with the latest hire.

Deutsche Bank continues to invest in its wealth management business in the U.K despite industry-wide worry over Brexit. The German-lender today announced the appointment of Alistair Jex as its new head of Discretionary Portfolio Management U.K., finews.com can report.

This is the latest in a series of senior appointments that began with Michael Morley's appointment as CEO of the U.K business in July 2016.

Previously With Coutts

Like Morley, Jex was previously with Coutts, where he was head of Discretionary. Based in London, the new role will see Jex join the bank's European Regions – Input Investment Committee and chair the U.K Investment Committee, reporting to Alvaro Vitorero.

He will also be a part of the Wealth Management U.K Executive Council, under Morley's leadership.
