Swiss fintech Crypto Finance is replacing its CEO founder with a company insider.
Deutsche Boerse-owned Crypto Finance, is appointing Stijn Vander Straeten as new CEO of the company to replace Jan Brzezek (below) who is stepping down, it said in an emailed statement statement late Thursday. The appointment is awaiting Finma approval.
Stijn Vander Straeten joined the company in 2021 and has held various leadership positions at the company including the CFO role. Brzezek, who founded the company in 2017, will move to an advisory function, the statement said.

David Deller will be the new CFO, while Niloo Verma Bruppacher will take on additional responsibilities as COO in addition to her role as general counsel, it added.
